When we started university, one thing was clear: studying was harder than it needed to be. Students didn’t have a single place to find reliable study materials or organize their workload. Notes, past questions, and resources were scattered across WhatsApp groups, flash drives, and random Google Drives that disappeared mid-semester. Keeping track of classes, assignments, and exams was a constant struggle.

We realized this wasn’t just our problem. It was every student’s problem. A few of us decided to fix it. We wanted a platform where students could easily share study materials, organize their schedules, and study smarter with AI tools.

We experimented, tested ideas, and refined our approach. In November 2024, we took a prototype to a hackathon, split into two teams, and ended up winning both first and second place. More importantly, students who tried our demo immediately felt the difference. That demo became the foundation of Acadeva.

For eight months, we built non-stop. On 20th June 2025, we launched Acadeva on Android and the web. From day one, our focus was clear: students should spend time learning, not chasing materials or managing chaos.

Acadeva lets students upload and access study resources instantly, plan their schedules, and even use AI-assisted features to summarize notes, generate quizzes, or organize study sessions efficiently.

Every step since has been about making studying easier, smarter, and more collaborative. We aren’t waiting for the university system to catch up. We are building the tools students have always needed. Acadeva is not just an app; it is a student’s personal academic powerhouse.
We are not only helping students study. We are architecting the digital foundation that makes learning, scheduling, and collaboration effortless.
We're a close knit team building bold ideas and learning as we go.
You may spot us on campus, we're students too
Acadeva is making it easy for students to share, access,
and manage study materials anytime, anywhere.
