When we got to uni, we were really tired of how difficult it was to get reliable information. So, a group of us who felt the same way decided to do something about it. We spent a lot of time, day and night, really 'grinding' with our code to make sure everything worked perfectly. We even entered a hackathon (think of it like a big coding competition), and guess what? We took home both first and second place! People loved what we showed them, which was a preview of Acadeva. That gave us the energy to finish building it! We wanted to make student life easier by putting everything you need – notes, schedules, and more – in one place.

There's this quote from a very smart computer scientist, Alan Kay: 'The best way to predict the future is to invent it.' We really believe in that. We didn’t just want to complain about the challenges of school; we wanted to create a solution that would change the way students learn.
