When we first got to university, we were hit with the chaos of scattered resources and unreliable information. There was no single place where everyone could connect. No real collaboration. The lecturer might send a PDF to the course rep, but you’d probably never get it. And let’s be honest—studying with past questions shot on a Tecno POP7 camera wasn’t exactly ideal.
Over time, a few of us came together, all feeling the same frustration and determined to fix it. We spent countless hours talking, experimenting, and building. In November 2024, we entered a hackathon, split into two teams, and ended up winning both first and second place. More than the prizes, the feedback from people who tried our demo gave us the push we needed. That demo would eventually evolve into Acadeva.
Eight months of non-stop building later, on 20th June 2025, we launched Acadeva on Android and the web. Since then, we’ve been improving it every step of the way. Alan Kay once said, 'The best way to predict the future is to invent it.' That’s been our guide from the start. We didn’t just want to adapt to the challenges—we wanted to change them entirely.
The name Acadeva reflects our mission to make academics easier and bridge the information gap. We believe students go further together, and with the help of AI, real academic success is within reach.
Acadeva isn’t just an app—it’s a community. In a world where information is scattered and overwhelming, Acadeva gives you a clear, organized space where you can find exactly what you need. It’s about helping students work smarter, stay organized, and reach their full potential.
So, join us on this journey. We’re changing the way students learn, share, and grow. Welcome to Acadeva—where innovation meets education, and the future starts now.
