- When You register, We collect Account Information such as Your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, school name, department, year and month of admission, current academic level, and chosen interests. We also create a unique username for Your account which you could modify later.
- You may optionally provide additional Profile Information like a profile picture, cover picture, gender, and bio.
- We collect User-Generated Content, which is any content You create, upload, or share on the Platform. This encompasses notes (text, recordings, images), posts (news, articles, product listings), comments, replies, messages, timetable entries, course details, books, and lists.
- If You contact Us for support (e.g., via

), participate in surveys, or interact with other users.
- If You participate in Our referral program, We collect Referral Information about who You referred or who referred You.
- For subscriptions or paid features, We use third-party Payment Processors. While We do not directly collect or store Your full credit card details, We receive transaction confirmation details, subscription status, and related customer codes from these processors.

Information Collected Automatically: As You navigate and interact with the Platform, We automatically collect certain information.
- Usage Data provides insights into how You use the Platform. This includes features accessed, content viewed or downloaded (study materials, news, articles), searches performed, interactions with AI bots, clicks, time spent on pages/features, likes, dislikes, comments, timetable subscriptions, muted items, and study progress.
- Device Information relates to the device(s) You use, such as device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and mobile network information.
- Log Data is automatically recorded by Our servers and may include Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address), search terms, access times, and error logs.
- We may infer Your approximate Location Information from Your IP address or collect more specific location data (e.g., for campus-specific weather forecasts) if You grant permission through Your device settings.
- Our web application may use Cookies and Similar Technologies to store preferences, analyze usage patterns, and facilitate automatic login. You can manage cookie preferences through Your browser settings.
