By using the Acadeva Platform, you agree to abide by this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Ownership of Content

All books, notes, images, and other materials on Acadeva are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Copyright remains with the original creators, publishers, or rights holders unless otherwise stated. Content created by Acadeva (including the design, features, AI outputs, and proprietary tools) is owned by Acadeva L.P. and may not be used without prior permission.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Access and use content for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes.
  • Share links to content hosted on Acadeva for learning purposes, with proper attribution.
  • Use short excerpts under fair use provisions where applicable by law.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify copyrighted works without the rights holder’s permission.
  • Upload content you do not own or lack permission to share.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, author credits, or licensing information.

5. User-Generated Content

When you upload or share content on Acadeva:

  • You confirm that you own the rights or have permission from the copyright holder.
  • You grant Acadeva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content to operate the platform.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Acadeva without authorization:

Send a notice to hi@acadeva.xyz including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The URL or location of the infringing content
  • A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

We will review your claim and may remove or restrict access to the content.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy or applicable laws, without prior notice. Repeat infringers may face account suspension or termination.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The updated version will be posted here with the revised date.
